Since 2017, we have provided specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences, trauma, grief, infidelity, and the long list of difficulties one faces. Kaylas Place is part of New York State's Early Intervention Program (EIP) for children under 3 with a confirmed disability or established developmental delay.

How do I book an appointment?

Do you offer Telehealth or in-person sessions?

Both. We serve patients across New York State through a secure Telehealth module, with in-person availability at our Monticello office when clinically appropriate.

What insurance do you accept?

Since opening in 2017, our practice has continued to expand and accept a wider range of health insurance plans. Please reach out for the most current list of accepted carriers.

How does a child qualify for Early Intervention?

Children must be under 3 years of age and have a confirmed disability or established developmental delay (as defined by New York State) in one or more of these areas: physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional, or adaptive. Eligibility is determined only by approved evaluators.

What languages are evaluations conducted in?

We conduct multidisciplinary evaluations in over 240 languages. Evaluations are based on the needs and concerns of each family.

What should I expect on the first call?

A short, friendly conversation so we can understand what you're looking for, answer questions about insurance and logistics, and match you with the right clinician on our team.
